Feedback: The MT-10 is beautiful, and after one tiny hitch, it was up and running. So far, it's like someone replaced my albums with copies that have more stuff on them.... The MCD301 is also wonderful... They are a perfect fit with the C48 and the MC352.... I can't thank you enough for the expert help that Mike provided me through all of this. I was told that to buy used McIntosh from anyone else was just too risky, and I believe that this is true. Thanks again…R.R., NC |
Thanks again for your help last week. Having listened to the cd player for almost a week now I can tell you the difference in sound quality is truly amazing. I haven't spent this much time listening to music in years. I'm rediscovering music I've purchased over the last few years that was almost unlistenable on the Rega, and hearing details I didn't know existed. ..... With this cd player producing a more natural and balanced sound I am able to return to my old listening habits. A less fatiguing sound and listening experience overall. It truly is amazing to feel like the stereo sounds right again and that I can get back to the music.
Thanks again. D.K., PA

I received the MCD301,the unit is in mint condition. This was the first time I have done business with Audio Classics. I was apprehensive about buying used audio equipment, that you can not see or listen to. Not anymore. When I was looking for a MCD301 I found the Audio Classics site. What surprised me, when I Emailed what I was looking for at 9 PM and I received a response from you minutes later. I look for doing business with you in the furture. Thank you J.B., NY |
I received the MCD301 last week. The unit sounds and looks just beautiful. I've been rediscovering my CD collection for several days. I never knew "Red Book" CD's could sound so good. I have yet to play SACD only because I don't have any but I'm going to buy a few now. The 301 brings every recording I have to life. The detail is very fine and the bass response is just incredible. I'm
hearing things that were always on my CD's but until now I did not have the equipment to reproduce those wonderful details. What a
pleasure, I have a new CD collection! Have a good one. J.O., PA |
Just wanted to let you know that I picked up a 301' Wednesday from Mike and after spending the last couple nights with it feel that it is an extraordinary CD player that just "oozes" McIntosh. I couldn't be more impressed with it from a functional standpoint as well as sonically. Operationally it is fast, smooth, silent, everything you'd expect from a Mac. I felt the historical benchmark integrated McIntosh CD player to this point was the 7009 / 7010 (I own the 7009 and had been using it for the most part instead of the 201') but I think you've topped it.
