Feedback: thank you for opportunity to listen to the new mcintosh c1100 at your store. it was a very good experience and i thank you even more for the chance to borrow one and listen in my system at home. as you know i have a c100 and have listened to many pre-amps and the c100 always held its own or bested anything i have tried. not this time the c1100 is much better in every way you can think of it was some what surprising to me that the c100was bested so easily. i also tested the c1100 against some modern hi end pre-amps and bested them as well. so steve as you may have guessed the c1100 is not on loan anymore, i will be buying the unit. thanks you so much.
