- Expert Packing
Your purchase is packed in the original shipping container
whenever possible. Double boxing is used for extra protection on most items and your shipment is insured. Large or
heavy items can be crated at an additional charge.

In most cases your unit will be shipped some day, if you order
before 12:00 EST. In a Hurry? Your purchase can be shipped via Next or 2nd Day Air at an additional charge for
shipping and handling.

Audio Classics, Ltd. offers you 11 days to try your new purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, return it (prepaid) within 11 days in it's original condition with
all packing materials, accessories, instruction books & sales receipt and your money will be refunded for the full
purchase price less shipping where applicable. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply for incomplete, damaged or
special orders.

Personal checks are subject to credit verification and can delay

Audio Classics, Ltd. will modify your purchase to operate in
your country and complete all necessary documentation for the Export of your unit.
- Interest free lay away programs
Audio Classics, Ltd. has a lay away plan that enables you to
purchase your component the easy way. Basic plan: 25% down and 25% per month for 3 months. If no payments are made
within 30 days, your order will be cancelled. In the event your order is canceled all but the down payment of 25%
will be returned. Only one item at a time may be held on lay away. CD players, CD Transports, Digital Audio Processors,
Surround Sound Processors and Video Equipment are excluded.
- One year speaker improvement plan
Audio Classics, Ltd. offers you one full year to improve your
speaker system. At any time during the year, your full purchase price (not including shipping) will be applied toward
the new manufacturers suggested retail price of speakers of greater value. Your cooperation is asked in trading speakers
which have not been damaged or abused. All original packing materials and the sales receipt must accompany any item traded.

Audio Classics, Ltd. is open most days about 8:00, never as early
as 7:30. We close at 5:00 never later. Some days or afternoons, we aren't here at all, and lately we've been here just
about all the time, except when we're someplace else, but we should be here then, too. Basically we open when we're
ready and close when we've had enough. 8am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, Saturday by appointment only.
- Defective unit replacement
If your equipment proves defective within 30 days, and can't be
repaired within a reasonable period, a replacement will be made with the same model. Please, understand the model must
be in stock at the time of your exchange.
